1. Know-how and Experience
JAH GmbH is a family-owned company based in Hamburg. Our core business is the development, production, import, and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE). Specializing in cotton and leather work gloves, we also offer work gloves made of polyamide and polyester, as well as coated gloves and workwear.
Customers appreciate our extensive selection of work gloves in stock—available in various styles and quality standards—as well as our ability to quickly produce high-quality custom orders.
2. Quality und performance
JAH GmbH has been in business for more than 40 years, and our name stands for the high and consistent quality of our products. We ensure this through close and ongoing collaboration with our partner companies in Pakistan, India, Malaysia, and China, as well as regular on-site quality inspections. To ensure precise fit and guaranteed sizing, we primarily use modern machinery in production, and all of our production facilities are ISO 9001/2008 certified.
We ship exclusively to resellers. Goods are shipped from our warehouse near Hamburg.
3. For People and the Environment
Our products are safe for your health, silicone-free, and some are food-safe. We largely avoid using substances that are harmful to health in our production process. In doing so, we not only comply with legal requirements but also go beyond them. Most of our cotton products are Oeko-Tex 100 certified.
Oeko-Tex-Certification:
The Oeko-Tex 100 certification pertains to the effects of textiles on the people who use or wear them. Products with Oeko-Tex 100 certification are free of substances that are harmful to humans.
Food-safe:
Items tested by Bureau Veritas and SGS for “food safety” may be used in the food industry.
We do not tolerate child labor at any stage of production, packaging, or distribution.

JAH GmbH’s headquarters are located at SchünbuschFeld 3 near Hamburg. Our staff will be happy to meet with you in person there. Whether you have questions about custom orders, delivery times, or minimum order quantities, we’re here to help. And if you’re unable to visit us, we’d be happy to come to you. 6. Commitment and Responsibility
The Association for Development, Education, and Self-Help, abbreviated as vebs, was founded in 2006 to support the Tipu Sultan Merkez (= Tipu Sultan Center), a privately initiated and funded social project in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. The focus is on education, particularly for women and girls. In addition, vebs supports a school project in Sahiwal, Pakistan, and a female artist in Oaxaca, Mexico.
